Salman Khan Workout regime
In movies like Kick and Wanted you all must have seen his ravishing body and his abs. It take so much of courage and guts to build such a body and then maintain it. Salman has had his present kind of body since the last 20 years and the secret behind such a body is nothing but extreme workout and proper diet.
Salman has his own body trainer and loses somewhat about 3000 calories a day by following his exercise regime. His working routine engages 3- 4 hours a day which includes abdominal crunches, squats, about 2000 it ups and push- ups, toning exercises and treadmill running. He also cycles and jogs for about 10- 12 kilo meters a day to maintain his leg muscles. He works especially to maintain his abs, biceps and triceps and focuses on musculature maintaining exercises.
Well, to get such a heavy musculature a lot of hard work is required and that we certainly knew Salman would be capable of. Hats off Salman!!
