Charlize Theron was born on August 7, 1975. She is a well known American actress and producer. She has been a part of several Hollywood biggies including Mad Max: Fury Road, Hancock, The Italian job, Monster, The Cider House Rules and The Devil’s Advocate. She has been awarded several accolades including Academy Award, Screens Actors Guild Award, and Golden Globe Award, becoming first South African to win the best actress award.
In 2007, she received her U.S citizenship while retaining her South African citizenship. She had produced several Television shows, films, and documentary. In 2016, her role of Queen Ravenna in the film The Huntsman: Winter’s War. Magazine Time named her in “100 most influential people”.
Apart from her film career, she has created a project named Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project (CTAOP) in 2007, for supporting Africans in the fight of AIDS/HIV. The project is based on supporting the key drivers of disease, educating and empowering them to prevent diseases like HIV/AIDS. She was named United Nations Messenger of Peace in 2008. Ban Ki Moon said to Theron that “You have consistently dedicated yourself to improving the lives of women and children in South Africa, and to preventing and stopping violence against women and girls.”
She prefers to have a balanced body with equal stress on lower as well as upper body. She has the perfect waist, long legs, and striking features. She does regular exercise, cardio and yoga to keep herself fit. Charlie prefers to have foods that are rich in fibers including salads, brown bread, and green vegetables. She avoids flour based products, that may reduce her metabolism.
