Salman, also known as Bhaijaan and Sallu miya, is a Bollywood actor, producer and show host. He is also a philanthropist and a humanitarian and has a non -profit organization running widely known as Being Human.

He kick started his career in 1988 with Biwi ho to Aisi and his latest being Sultan. He has been a two time national award winner and has several times been ranked highest in the Forbes list. He is not married and has always been found linked to several of his co actresses especially his rumored relationship with Aishwarya Rai and Katrina Kaif.

Salaman Khan has been working in the industry since 1988 and has maintained a high and toughened body throughout. He had this miniature and sleeky look in films like Hum Aapke Hain kaun, but gradually he has been successful in attaining the body figure that people today strive for. He has restructured his body and has grown to give it an accomplished muscular look. Over the years he has quit on his favorite food cravings and is now living an organic life. Along with routine exercises, maintain a proper diet is also important and here’s a glimpse of Salman Khan’s diet chart:

  • Egg whites clubbed with low fat milk.
  • Egg whites protein shake, amino acid tablets like glutamine tablets, nuts particularly almonds and protein bars.
  • Approximately five to six chapattis along with vegetables and fresh salad.
  • Protein bars and mix of nuts.
  • Fresh vegetarian soup, egg whites and grilled fish or chicken.

Initially he used to have cravings for all sort of junk food and sugary substances, but now he is short of any such things and prefers to be on a low sugar, low salt diet, which is supposed to be the healthiest of all.

Salman has had his present kind of body since the last 20 years and the secret behind such a body is nothing but extreme workout and proper diet.

Salman has his own body trainer and loses somewhat about 3000 calories a day by following his exercise regime. His working routine engages 3- 4 hours a day which includes abdominal crunches, squats, about 2000 it ups and push- ups, toning exercises and treadmill running.  He also cycles and jogs for about 10- 12 kilo meters a day to maintain his leg muscles. He works especially to maintain his abs, biceps and triceps and focuses on musculature maintaining exercises.Well, to get such a heavy musculature a lot of hard work is required and that we certainly knew Salman would be capable of.
